The Anniversary Collection

This year Aston Villa Women marks 30 years competing under the Aston Villa name. However, the full history of Aston Villa Women goes further...

From Solihull FC in the early 1970s, through to the Aston Aztecs, to Aston Villa Ladies in 1996 and the professional WSL club of today – at least 52 years of women's football in the Aston Villa family remain largely unrecorded and we'd love your help to uncover it!

We are also aware of other teams under the Aston Villa name that existed all the way back to the 1950s. We are keen to hear from everyone with a connection or relationship to the team and the name at some point.

We would love to collaborate with our supporters to build a fuller picture of the people, stories and moments that have shaped the club over the years.

If you have memories, information, photographs and memorabilia that can help us preserve and celebrate the club's history for future generations, we'd love to see it!

Click '+ Add Yours' below and send us your photos, and then complete the form below to provide further information.

We would love to see memories from the earlier years - we have plenty from recent years!
