Nicolas Jackson arrived at Aston Villa in the summer of 2026, reuniting with manager Unai Emery after joining from Chelsea.

The Senegal international spent time with Emery at Villarreal early in his career, before spending two seasons in West London where he notched 30 goals in 81 appearances.

Striker Jackson, 25, then moved on loan to Bayern Munich for the 2025/26 campaign where he was crowned a Bundesliga champion, before becoming the Villans eighth recruit of the summer transfer window.
