Aston Villa Women announced the signing of Océane Deslandes in July 2025.

The defender arrived at Villa following the expiry of her contract at Montpellier where she had spent the previous three years, playing 63 times and scoring five goals.

Deslandes had progressed through the ranks at Stade de Reims before joining Montpellier in 2022.

The 25-year-old had also represented France at every age group.

A left-footed centre half, Deslandes hit the ground running as a Villan as she started all of the side's opening games to the 25/26 season.
